We currently provide live product previews for select items and are working to expand this feature. If a preview isn’t available for your order, our design team will carefully review it and email you a final proof before printing. If it’s not exactly what you envisioned, we’ll adjust it or offer a full refund.
Pixyit products are crafted and shipped by trusted production partners, primarily in the U.S., ensuring top-notch quality, comfort, and print results. Some select items ship from overseas, and we clearly mention this in the product description. Once you approve your preview, most orders arrive within 5–10 business days, while overseas items typically take up to 15 days. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
To check your child’s royalty earnings, simply sign in to your pixyit account and navigate to 'My Earnings' under your profile. Earnings are connected to the parent account and the email used during the artwork upload process.
At Pixyit, we prioritize celebrating kids’ creativity and fostering a positive, encouraging space for young artists. That’s why we don’t feature public reviews. Instead, we focus on direct communication. If you have any concerns or feedback, feel free to reach out via chat or email us at customer-care@pixyit.com. Your happiness (and theirs!) is our top priority.
At Pixyit, every item is crafted with love and uniquely customized to feature your little artist’s masterpiece. Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. But don’t worry—your happiness means the world to us! If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or there’s a quality issue, please contact us within 10 days of delivery. We’ll happily send a replacement at no extra cost or provide a full refund. To request a replacement or refund, email us at customer-care@pixyit.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo if applicable. We promise to make it right!
