Sign in to pixyit, open your profile, go to My Gallery, and select Upload Art. You can also upload here: https://www.pixyit.com/my-gallery. Please use the same email each time you upload so your child’s artwork, gallery, and royalty credit stay linked correctly.
Starting a Family Gallery is free. You never need a subscription to order products with your child's artwork. Just upload, choose what to make, and order. Shipping is free within the USA.The only thing you'd ever pay for is a Family Gallery with more than 25 artworks. When you go to add your 26th piece, you'll be asked to upgrade to an unlimited Family Gallery for $48 a year, which also includes a free hardcover book of your child's artwork, valued at $35 in our shop. Or stay on the free tier by deleting older pieces to make room for new ones.Running a museum, school, camp, or campaign? Organizations have their own option, the Organization Gallery. Your child does. Always. You and your child keep full ownership of everything you upload. pixyit never uses, sells, or prints artwork without your permission. When you order a product, you're giving us permission to produce that specific item, nothing more.
Don't worry about it. Faint pencil lines, a messy background, or less than ideal lighting are all things we fix. We thicken lines where it helps, remove backgrounds when a piece needs to stand on its own, and adjust lighting so the colors look the way they do in real life. Every design is reviewed by our team before anything prints. The one thing we can't fix is a crooked photo. If the artwork is photographed at an angle, it prints at that angle. So hold your phone flat and parallel to the paper, and center the artwork in the frame. That's the only part that really matters.
Everything you upload is private by default. Nothing becomes public unless you choose to make it public.Private artwork stays in My Gallery, visible only to you. If you make a piece public, it can be discovered by others in the public gallery and may be offered on products. When a piece is public, the only things shown are the creator's display name, the artwork, its title, and its description. We encourage using a nickname rather than your child's full name. We never show last names, locations, schools, or contact information. You can change this at any time. Open the artwork in My Gallery, select Edit, and update the visibility setting.
Yes. You can delete individual pieces from My Gallery at any time. Families on the free tier often do this to make room for new artwork.Deleting a piece doesn't affect orders that have already been placed, and it doesn't affect royalties your child has already earned. Those stay yours. If you'd like to close your account entirely, chat with us or email customer-care@pixyit.com and we'll take care of it. We handle account closures personally so we can make sure any royalties your child has earned are paid out first.
