You can upload up to 5 artworks for free to start your child’s personal gallery. To make sure any future royalties are properly linked, be sure to sign in using the same email used during upload.
You and your child keep ownership of the artwork you upload. pixyit does not use, sell, or print your child’s art without your permission. Only artworks you choose to make public can be discovered by others and offered on products. When someone purchases a product featuring your child’s public artwork, your child earns royalties.
If you’d like to add more than 5 artworks, you can upgrade your gallery plan anytime. If not, you can simply remove an existing artwork and upload a new one.
Your child’s royalty earnings are linked to the email used when the artwork was uploaded. To view them, sign in to your pixyit account and go to My Earnings under your profile. If you have not signed in before, be sure to use the same email connected to the uploaded artwork so your earnings appear correctly.
We currently offer auto-generated previews for select products to help you visualize how your child’s artwork may look on the final item. Every order is still carefully reviewed and designed by our team to make sure it looks beautiful before printing. We’ll email you a final proof for approval, and if it’s not exactly what you envisioned, we’ll adjust it or offer a full refund.
pixyit products are crafted and shipped by trusted production partners, primarily in the U.S., ensuring top-notch quality, comfort, and print results. Some select items ship from overseas, and we clearly mention this in the product description. Once you approve your preview, most orders arrive within 5–10 business days, while overseas items typically take up to 15 days. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Because pixyit products are custom-made just for you, you do not need to send the item back. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or has another quality issue, please email customer-care@pixyit.com within 15 days of delivery.
Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a photo if you can. We’ll review it and, depending on the situation, send a replacement, issue a refund, or provide a gift card.
Yes. You decide which artworks stay private and which ones are made public.
Private artwork stays in your personal My Gallery. Public artwork can be discovered by others and may be offered on products so supporters can celebrate and support your child’s creativity.
You can change this anytime. Go to My Gallery, find the artwork, click Edit, and update the public or private setting.
Every pixyit order helps celebrate children’s creativity and create positive impact. When products are purchased featuring a child’s artwork, 3% goes to the child’s piggy bank, and pixyit donates 5% of every order to youth nonprofit organizations.
A pixyit gift card is a simple way to give a meaningful creative gift. The recipient can use it toward pixyit products and experiences that celebrate their child’s artwork.

Each uploaded artwork is connected to the email address you use when signing in. Please make sure you use the same email each time so we can keep your child’s artwork, gallery, and royalty credit linked correctly.
