We’re rolling out live previews on select products, but it’s still a work in progress. For now, every order is reviewed by our design team to make sure your kid’s artwork looks great. We’ll email you a final preview before printing — if it’s not quite right, no worries, we’ll adjust it or issue a full refund, no questions asked.
Our products are made and shipped by trusted partners, mostly in the U.S. A few select items ship from overseas and we note this in the product description. Once you approve your preview, orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your item is on the way.
Right now, royalty tracking isn’t visible on the website. But no worries, once our app launches, parents will be able to log in and see all the royalties their kid has earned. We match earnings to the parent’s email used when uploading the artwork.
pixyit is all about celebrating kids’ creativity and building a positive, encouraging space for young artists. Instead of public reviews, we focus on direct communication. At pixyit, every item is made with love and completely custom, featuring your little artist's masterpiece. Because each product is made just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or there’s an issue with the quality, please reach out within 10 days of delivery. We’ll gladly send a replacement at no extra cost or offer a full refund.
