Frequently asked questions
We currently offer live product previews on select products and are continuing to add more. If you don’t see a preview, our design team will review your order and email you a final proof before printing. If it’s not quite right, we’ll adjust it or provide a full refund.
Our products are made and shipped by trusted production partners, mostly in the U.S. We carefully select each product for quality, comfort, and print results, not just cost.
A few select items ship from overseas, and we clearly note this in the product description.
Once you approve your preview, most orders arrive within 5 to 10 business days, while select overseas items typically arrive within 15 days. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is on the way.
You can now view your child’s royalty earnings by signing in to your pixyit account and going to My Earnings under your profile. Earnings are linked to the parent account and email used when the artwork was uploaded.
pixyit is all about celebrating kids’ creativity and building a positive, encouraging space for young artists. Instead of public reviews, we focus on direct communication. If you have any concerns or feedback, just reach out via chat or email us at customer-care@pixyit.com. We’ll make it right. Because your happiness (and theirs!) is our top priority.
At pixyit, every item is made with love and completely custom, featuring your little artist's masterpiece. Because each product is made just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
But don’t worry. Your happiness means everything to us.
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or there’s an issue with the quality, please reach out within 10 days of delivery. We’ll gladly send a replacement at no extra cost or offer a full refund.
