The pixyit story
From overflowing art bins to inspiring innovation
Hi, I'm Yang, the founder of pixyit.
This is our family, including our two non-human kids, Ninja, our beloved dog who recently passed and will always be in our hearts, and Axol, our endlessly cheerful axolotl. They are part of our family story, and in their own way, part of the pixyit story too.

I started pixyit in Brooklyn, NYC, with a simple belief: kids’ creativity deserves to be seen, celebrated, and shared. What began as a small idea to turn my children’s artwork into keepsakes grew into a platform where young artists can shine and families can celebrate what they create.
At pixyit, children’s artwork can be shared, showcased, and turned into meaningful products. Young artists earn a small royalty from each order, helping them see the value of their ideas while learning that creativity can also give back. We also support nonprofit partners serving children in need, creating a cycle of creativity, confidence, and positive impact.

A piece we treasure
This artwork was gifted to pixyit by one of our young artists, and it reminds us why we started.
pixyit is more than a store. It is a place where children’s creativity is valued, families feel connected, and young artists can see their ideas make a real difference.
