It started with a drawing.
pixyit began with a simple realization: the story behind a child’s artwork can matter just as much as the artwork itself.
The drawing captures what they made. Their explanation reveals the ideas, imagination and personality behind it.
That personal moment pointed to something bigger: young people create constantly, but their ideas are often overlooked, forgotten or never shared beyond the people closest to them.
pixyit was built to change that.
Today, we bring families, organizations and communities together around young creativity, guided by one belief: recognition builds confidence, and creativity can create connection, opportunity and positive impact.

Yang Cheung
Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Yang is a serial entrepreneur and longtime enterprise product leader in financial services and data privacy, a former engineer and a mom of two. Inspired by her children’s creativity, she started pixyit as a family project that grew with the ideas, skills and care of its team. Outside pixyit, she’s probably watching her children fence.
Tamir Harosh
Chief Partnerships Officer and Co-founder
Tamir is a partnership leader, impact investor and community builder with nearly two decades of experience bringing companies, nonprofits and startups together. With a background in law and negotiation, he helps pixyit partners turn young people’s creativity into opportunities to connect, participate and do good.
Palak Bharti
Partnerships
Palak brings experience in partnerships and enterprise sales to help pixyit connect with organizations that champion young creators. She builds relationships that give youth creativity more places to shine. Outside pixyit, she enjoys painting, books, K-dramas, Bollywood films and junk journaling.
Dorcas Kang'ethe
Head of Marketing & Kenya Growth
Dorcas leads pixyit’s marketing and community building and develops partnerships in Kenya. She brings creativity, strategy and a little fun to connecting families, schools and organizations with youth creativity. She believes every young person deserves to feel seen and proud of what they create. Outside pixyit, she enjoys exploring new ideas and making memories with her daughter.
Quinta Masika
Marketing and Community
Quinta is a journalist, social media and community manager based in Kenya. At pixyit, she brings young creators’ stories to life, sparks fun conversations and connects families and supporters. Outside work, she enjoys cooking, trying new restaurants and binge-watching the latest K-drama.
David Wolfe
Sales and Business Development, U.S.
David brings experience as a business leader and executive to help startups grow through strategy and management. He began his career in international affairs. His favorite place is a skatepark or vert ramp, cheering on his daughter as she pursues her skateboarding dreams.
Thiago Reis
Sales and Business Development, Brazil
Thiago is a sales and growth leader with more than 25 years of experience in education, technology and Latin America. At pixyit, he helps schools, institutions and organizations in Brazil bring young creators into the community. Thiago is based in São Paulo and is a proud dad of two daughters.

Creations begin private. A parent, guardian or authorized organization decides what to share, with whom and when.
Rights stay with the rightful owner
Whether a creation is uploaded by a family or an organization, pixyit does not claim ownership. We use it only to provide the services requested and do not feature it in marketing without appropriate permission.
Impact is built into the model
pixyit shares revenue with young creators, supports youth nonprofits and enables partner organizations to generate funding through their communities.
