  • Why don’t I see a product preview?
    We’re currently working on a live preview feature! For now, after placing an order and uploading your kid’s artwork, we’ll email you a preview before printing. If it’s not a perfect fit, no problem - we’ll issue a full refund, no questions asked.
  • Where do you ship from and how long does it take?
    Our products are made and shipped by trusted partners in the U.S. and Canada. Once your preview is approved, orders typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days. Tracking details will be sent as soon as your item is on the way.
  • Where can I see my child’s royalty earnings?
    Right now, royalty tracking isn’t available on the website. But no worries — once our app launches, parents will be able to log in and see all the royalties their kid has earned. We match earnings to the parent’s email used when uploading the artwork.
  • Why don’t I see reviews?
    pixyit is all about celebrating kids’ creativity and building a positive, encouraging space for young artists. Instead of public reviews, we focus on direct communication. If you have any concerns or feedback, just reach out via chat or email us at customer-care@pixyit.com. We’ll make it right. Because your happiness (and theirs!) is our top priority.
  • What’s your return and refund policy?
    At pixyit, every item is made with love and completely custom, featuring your little artist's masterpiece. Because each product is made just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges. ​ But don’t worry. Your happiness means everything to us. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or there’s an issue with the quality, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly send a replacement at no extra cost or offer a full refund. ​ To request a replacement or refund: Send us an email at customer-care@pixyit.com Include your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo if applicable We’ll make it right.
